Workout Generator (Muscle, Equipment & Time)
Tell the generator what you want to train (chest, back, legs, core, glutes, cardio or full body), which equipment you have (none, chair, dumbbells, pull-up bar, band, rope, mat) and how much time you have from 5 to 60 minutes. It builds a balanced workout with a warm-up, main exercises sized to your level, and a stretch cool-down, with an animated figure for every move.
Choose strength sets with rest, or a HIIT circuit of 40 seconds on and 20 off. Swap any exercise you dislike with one click, regenerate for variety, then send the plan to the Workout Builder to run it with the voice coach, or copy a share link.
