Hexaware Appoints Vivek Jetley As CEO Designate

(RTTNews) - Hexaware Technologies has appointed Vivek Jetley as CEO Designate, with Jetley set to assume the CEO role on October 28, 2026, as the IT services company focuses on accelerating its AI-led growth globally. Current CEO Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan, known as Keech, will step down as CEO and from the board on October 28 after leading Hexaware for 12 years. He will remain with the company as Senior Advisor to support the leadership transition. Jetley brings more than 25 years of experience in AI and data, enterprise transformation and strategy. He joins Hexaware from EXL, where he serves as President overseeing its Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences businesses. He previously led EXL's analytics operations, building advanced analytics, AI services and enterprise data management capabilities.
