Galaxy Ultra power users should feel right at home on next year’s S27

With Samsung’s new foldables and Google’s Pixel 11 series here, the next major release to look forward to in the US Android market is the Galaxy S27 series, which should debut in early 2027. This morning, we got a look at early leaked renders of the Galaxy S27 Ultra , which show us that Samsung seems to be taking pretty direct design inspiration from Apple’s latest Pro iPhones. Now, we’re taking a look at yet more renders that show the phone from more angles.

Superleaker Ice Universe has posted a handful of renders on X, showing that “Aside from the redesigned camera layout,” the upcoming S27 Ultra “will look nearly identical” to this year’s Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, with the same display size, left-hand S Pen placement, and more. The other S27 phones will apparently see some other minor layout changes, however.

The S27 Ultra renders Ice Universe posted today show the upcoming phone from four angles. The only major design difference that stands out is the iPhone 17 Pro-style camera plateau, a large rectangular protrusion that runs across the entire width of the back of the device.

In a separate tweet , Ice Universe said says that “the other three models, the Galaxy S27 Pro, S27, and S27+” will have their bottom-facing speaker grilles situated to the right of the USB-C port, a minor departure from the Galaxy S26 series.

The renders in that post only show the phones from the bottom, but the images make it look like the S27 Pro could also come with an iPhone-style full-width camera island.

We don’t have any official information about the Galaxy S27 series yet. Judging by recent history, we’re expecting Samsung to announce its next non-folding flagships in the early weeks of 2027.
