Deion Sanders relocates Colorado Buffaloes' summer camp to Fountain Fort Carson

Deion Sanders, head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, relocated his team for summer training camp to Fountain Fort Carson High School. The camp, which took place 113 miles south of Folsom Field, featured a week of workouts, team bonding, and a stay at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs campus. The team also visited the U.S. Air Force Academy during this intensive week of preparation.

This annual tradition of training away from their home base aims to strengthen team chemistry and provide players with a focused environment for development. During a practice session on Thursday, Sanders expressed his desire for NCAA regulations to permit teams to scrimmage against each other during the offseason. He recalled a previous suggestion he made when Syracuse sought to visit Boulder for a spring scrimmage. "That's something I've been suggesting for quite some time," he stated, highlighting his commitment to finding innovative ways to improve his team.
