Realty Income, Clorox, Campbell Soup rise with 5.2% yields

Three high-yield dividend stocks are drawing investor attention as 2026 approaches, offering steady income and potential gains without the premium valuations seen in many market-leading names.

The broader market is again flirting with record highs, but finding undervalued opportunities has become harder than usual. That scarcity has pushed investors toward consumer staples and real estateโ€”sectors where demand stays strong even when the economy stumbles. Realty Income, Clorox and Campbell Soup are among the names now standing out for their low valuations, growing dividends and signs of a turnaround in their businesses.

Realty Income (NYSE: O), known as โ€œThe Monthly Dividend Company,โ€ has paid investors every month since 1994. Its 15,600 single-tenant propertiesโ€”leased to companies like Home Depot and FedExโ€”sit nearly 99% full, funding reliable revenue and steady payouts. The company just raised its dividend for the 135th time, pushing the annual yield to 5.2%, far above the S&P 500 average of 1%. While its price-to-earnings ratio looks high at 52, that figure is misleading for real estate investment trusts. Using funds from operationsโ€”a clearer measure for REITsโ€”the valuation drops closer to 15, putting Realty Income in a more reasonable range for income-focused investors.

Clorox (NYSE: CLX) is making a comeback after years of headwinds. A damaging cyberattack in 2023, a CRM system upgrade and rising costs slowed sales, but those issues now appear behind it. Analysts expect a rebound in revenue as the company stabilizes operations and refocuses on trusted brands like Kingsford charcoal and Burtโ€™s Bees. Campbell Soup (NYSE: CPB) is also pivoting toward higher-quality food lines, aiming to win over shoppers and investors tired of stagnant growth. With consumer staples remaining resilient in any economy, these stocks offer a mix of recovery potential and reliable dividends heading into 2026.
